I've always been a systems thinker.
Technology, used well, unlocks real possibility for everyday people. Not the glossy kind. The kind where a small operator finally has the leverage a Fortune 500 team used to have.
The tools are changing faster than most organizations can absorb. I think a lot about the people on the other side of that gap, the ones who could get left behind if nobody shows them where to put their hands.
That belief is why I built Enable, and it threads through almost everything I take on.
Agency years early on, with Reebok, The North Face and Timberland. Then I co-founded Buyosphere, a Quora of shopping that was a TechCrunch Disrupt finalist. A decade at hybris and SAP followed, where I grew from the first industry pre-sales hire into Global VP of Consumer Industries CX, running teams across retail, consumer goods, wholesale and travel.
The pattern I kept seeing: strategy that dies in the handoff between the people who decide and the people who build. After a deliberate sabbatical of slow travel, kitesurfing and Spanish, I came back and removed the handoff. INSTINCTAI is what that looks like in practice.
I work globally, across North American and European time zones, in English, French and Spanish.
How I work
Four rules I keep.

Start from the pain, not the toy
We find what's leaking time, money or morale. If the problem isn't worth solving, I say so before you spend a dollar.

If it's not in production, it didn't ship
Slides don’t count. Every engagement ends with something running in your stack, under your keys, that your team uses on Monday.

Personalized, always
By role, by seniority, by lane. Training that treats everyone the same is why most adoption programs quietly die.
- 04
No handoffs
The person who sets the strategy builds the system, so nothing gets lost in translation.
